Busy times at HSCV

Things have been very busy at HSCV. I haven't had a chance to update our blog in a long time.

There are so many wonderful thing happening at HSCV that I want to tell you all about.

In the past few months I have been to America where I was able to speak to various groups about HSCV as well as spend a few days with Thao. Since coming back to Hanoi I haven't stopped moving. We had our largest fundraiser yet with over 800 people in attendance at our 4th Annual Fundraiser. Our first medical team spent 10 days in Hanoi exploring the possibilities of bring medical missions. President Chuck De Vet has been visiting our programs including a Sister School donation. Two containers of wheelchairs have arrived and are in the process of being distributed. Our first Class of Success has started school. We've received many guests and visitors to our programs. Over 200 children received scholarships for the 2008 - 2009 school year and nearly 20 children received bicycles.

So much to talk about! I'm going to do my best to back track a bit and cover some of our work from the past few months. I'll also do my best to keep you up to date with things that are coming up.
